Why Life Coaching

Life coaching is a positive, proactive approach to drawing out your daughter’s best and connecting her with the truest version of herself. We focus on the now, who she wants to become and the power she has to make decisions in this very moment that will shape her future and continue to create her character.

For Teen Girls

Being a teenage girl today is harder and more confusing than ever. Navigating the pressures of social settings and school, pitfalls of social media, anonymous bullying, dealing with body changes and other situations that compound and creates new issues for girls never experienced before. Working with teen girls, my proven approach can help them re-build their confidence, develop healthy coping mechanisms and learn new strategies.

For Young Women

Transitioning into independence post-teen can bring a entirely new set of challenges and opportunities. This is another critical moment in time for young women in establishing a solid foundation of self-worth as they pursue careers, education, more meaningful relationships and more complex social circles.

For Parents

Being the parent of two teenage girls, I know how confusing finding a non-family support system for your young woman can be. Providing her someone to speak with in a non-threatening, non-judgemental, loving and action-oriented environment could be the magic she needs to begin her journey with a solid foundation of self-worth and self-love.

What is Life Coaching and how does it differ from therapy?

The most important ingredient in a teen girl or young women’s life is to have someone that is an objective ear to listen, lean-in and provide them with tools and methods on their path to powerful self-love. With my self-esteem coaching, young women feel heard and understood in a safe, objective environment. They will look forward to our coaching sessions as it will be positive, engaging and filled with laughter and compassion.

About Joann Marobella

My life’s journey has led me to this place. My mission is to be the coach, mentor and advocate for young women that I wished I had when I was a teenager. I understand the positive impact a female mentor can have when a girl is transitioning into being a woman and attempting to navigate the curveballs and pitfalls life can throw at her. As the Mother of two beautiful teenage girls myself, I have a front-row seat to the pressures and energy being cast at them through social media, changing societal norms, advertising, peer pressure and so many more elements. I also know that girls won’t always open up to their parents and can sometimes better open their hearts and vulnerability to a trusted woman outside of their household. This is where I come in.
